About Us
Welcome to the heart of compassion and change – the Home for Chronically Ill Persons. Established in 2016 by the Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent De Paul, in collaboration with the National Orientation Agency, Rivers State, and the Catholic Diocese of Port Harcourt, our mission is to eradicate the presence of chronically ill individuals on our roads.

Our Mission
Driven by the passion to intervene and alleviate the plight of vulnerable persons, particularly the chronically ill on our roads, we embark on a journey of compassion and transformation. Our goal is to build public-private partnerships, sensitize the public, strengthen existing policies, and ensure the medical care, rehabilitation, and reintegration of chronically ill individuals into society.
Our Approach
Our multifaceted approach involves advocacy, collaboration with stakeholders, policy enhancement, comprehensive medical care, and community engagement. We believe that by building a united front, we can create a society that cares for its most vulnerable members.
